How to Order CDs and DVDs

STEP 1: Comply with IRMA’s Anti-Piracy Program.
In order to avoid any delays in your order being processed, please be aware of and comply with all procedures that are in place for the IRMA Anti-Piracy Program. Forms required are the Summary Agreement & Intellectual Property Rights.

STEP 2: Complete Indemnification Agreement, Grant of Rights, & Application for Credit if applicable.

STEP 3: Select your project’s Printing Templates to prepare your design. Please refer to Printing Guidelines for various CD & DVD Design Templates.

STEP 4: Issue a Purchase Order
Once all the necessary paperwork has been completed and turned over to your Customer Service Representative, it is time to issue a Purchase Order. Please consider option a or b according to your invoicing requirements.

a) If your product is to be delivered in the USA or another country other than Mexico, then you must place the purchase order with:

b) If your product is to be delivered in Mexico, and requires a Mexican Invoice, please issue a purchase order with:

STEP 5: Fax or E-mail the Purchase Order and confirm receipt with your Customer Service Representative.
